What happened: seat was completely dead and had to be adjusted by FAs with manual controls. Similar to the above, I wrote a note complimenting the crew and complaining that the seat was broken.
Compensation: 20,000 miles within 5 minutes.
Comments: Also happy.
Edit #2: My account shows as if those miles were posted yesterday. It might be a glitch or they may have already proactively given me the miles, which might explain why the response was so damn quick.
