So this isn't a joke post, I went into my local east coast target that I loaded at on Monday. I was told to go over to the CS desk like usual. The employee there didn't bat an eye when I asked to load. So I swiped my card and then the register came up with "cannot accept this payment type of 0.00". Then I tried a sub 500 load and that failed too. So CC loads are dead and probably hard coded too if my example carries and weight.
Edit: Target #2 is showing the same error.
