DL81 BRU-ATL on 4 July 2017
Pleasant & professional crew on DL81. Menu was the standard summer 2017 one with some Belgian touches.
I'm familiar with the cod from AMS, i liked that one very much and therefore for the main course i picked the Belgian chef selection:
Vlaamse kabeljauw/Flemish cod with lemon beurre blanc, parsley potatoes and sautéed spinach (different then the dutch chef selection from AMS: Lowland cod with hollandaise sauce, dijon mashed potatoes, steamed carrots and spiced sea beans) together with the Chalone Estate Chardonnay.
I thought it was exccellent.
Kind of a sweet tooth and asked and received all 3 options for desert.
Almost there: Open faced salmon tartine (or Salmon on rye bread with horseradish). Liked this one.
