The way the wind's blowing on the Gold Passport board, I bet he sends Rene. For all the obvious reasons, plus she is good on her feet.

Can we submit questions in advance?
forthose of us who can not be there, is there a way we can submit questions in advance of things we'd like to know?
Specifically, I am wondering the thinking of MP on their Million Mile+ recognition structure. (i.e., 1MM gets 1P for life; 2MM gets RCC for life; 3MM gets 1K for life.)
For those of us that have spent more than a decade remaining loyal and climbing almost to the 3MM mark, I hope the bar does not get moved when CO/UA fully combine.
And, any thought of using MM status as a tie-breaker for UG's. (i.e.--two 1K's, both on W fares, the UG would go to a 1Mm,2MM,3MM first, within the fare bucket).
Anyway, my two cents. wish I could be there and can nto wait to read all of the trports from thoser who will!

Maya: When will you remove the telephone booking fee for awards that, due to AA's internal IT development priorities that we have no control over, cannot possibly be booked any other way?

Yes, the Gx bonuses. They way they did it, the unprecedented nature of it, etc, etc. Do you remember a time when they didn't have G1/G2/G3?
I think they really screwed that up. I can see them making changes, but they should have replaced it with something else for March and told us what they were doing. I think somebody screwed up or doesn't really understand the Hyatt loyalty culture.
