As Bobes said - you only get miles for flying DJ when travelling on the actual code-share flights. Originally this was only one per day each way between SYD and BNE. In April they announced additional code-shares:

I don't have the other BNE/SYD flight numbers. The above is from an April press release, whih seems to be the only place you find any mention of DJ's codeshare arrangements!
