cannot be done at
www.delta.com), does this mean that I will be charged US$5.00 (if the change occurs via the telephone) or US$10.00 (if the change occurs in person with a Delta agent) for every change made, even if I have a ticket purchased as an A, D or even F fare?
If so, how can I justify these fees to my clients, minimal as they may be (but they can add up), on fully flexible tickets?
I will quote from the memo; All emphasis is mine. Reissue in this context is changing a partially used ticket..
