Enjoy the wine. It is like cognac, a little goes a long way, and keeps well after being opened. I had a bottle open for over 6 months, using a vacuum stopper (no nitrogen), and it stayed in perfect condition. Thank you for your offer, but I rarely get to Hawaii though I used to pass through en-route (before the 744 came into service, making LAX-SYD non-stop possible).
