sluggoaafa, I can say confidently that there are no deficiencies whatsoever in his attitude toward customer service, nor in that of his FA crew.
Several explanations have been offered as to why PDB's may not be served on AA. If you don't like them, and the grass is really so green at CO, then you're well-advised to stick with them.
