FlyinHawaiian Tours
It's been a while since I've had to play tour guide, but I'd be happy to offer my services to anyone intersted in a Saturday activity.
I'll rent a minivan and be willing to do a driving tour of some of the major highlights of Honolulu and the island of O`ahu. The schedule and stops will be fluid and tailored to the wishes and requests of those attending. However, a projected schedule and probable locations would be as follows:
Pick up at 9 a.m. from Waikiki
Pearl Harbor and U.S.S. Arizona Memorial
Halona Blowhole
Pali Lookout
National Memorial of the Pacific (Punchbowl)
Downtown Honolulu and Chinatown
A lunch stop will be provided along the way.
The tour will end in Waikiki in time for the dinner that is projected for 5 p.m.-ish. Again, I am willing to be flexible and adjust stops and destinations.
I would ask $10 per person to help underwrite rental and gas fees.
Again, this would be a mostly driving tour with stops along the way for photos and biological needs. As time permits, some shopping can be done.
[3/15 update] All spaces on the van are now spoken for; I will continue to maintain a waitlist, FIFO.
Mahalo!
