Some Expedia-coupons ($10/$20 hotel $50 package) for november
Just got this coupon in my mailbox:
$10/night off any Expedia Special Rate hotel, 2-night minimum, book by NOV 30th, travel by January 31st. Enter coupon NOV10
While I wanted to test this for all of you, I find the Expedia-site offline - they're working on it, and it shows appologies together with the following two coupons:
$20 off hotels, coupon code EHOTEL20
$50 off packages, coupon code EHOTEL50 (edit 11/9: it might have been EPACKAGE50 - not sure)
They come with the folowing note:
* Coupons valid only for new bookings made November 8–9, 2008. Hotel coupon valid only at Expedia Special Rate hotels. Limit: one (1) coupon per person and per booking.
May not be combined with any other offer. Not redeemable for cash.
Have fun with them all...

EHOTEL20 is a great coupon code. It appears to take on ANY hotel rate even if less than $20 for just 1 night. It will only take the rate off, not the tax if less than $20 (for example instead of taking $20 off on an $18.90 rate, it will take $18.90 off. I just tested it for weeknights in Las Vegas in early December).
EHOTEL20 appears to just give $20 off. Not $20 per night. I've found in past that some Expedia codes can be used only once per credit card and per account.
Whoever books first with the code let us know if you can use it a second or greater amount of times on the same account and/or with the same credit card.
The code seems to be good FOR ALL DATES through the end of current booking on Expedia (330 days from now).

Where are you guys finding the spot to enter a coupon code? I went as far as the booking page (where I'd need to enter a CC and complete the booking), but don't see a spot to enter a code anywhere!
Thanks,

The page right after you select your rate and room type. Click on "I have a coupon" and enter the code to reprice.

I just used it myself and EHOTEL20 took actually more than $20 off, since it took it from the base price ($80 to $60) and this made the taxes and fees drop from $10.29 to $9.99...
Need to book more, but I have better (personal) coupons for that.
Please keep in mind that these can only be used today (Nov 9th) except for NOV10

I have yet to purchase with the coupon but I did just try the code and it is still working. I am logged into my account and haven't deleted my cookies. I've checked a number of times with the code since yesterday. But again, no purchase.

It seems to accept the code, at first, but gives you the error message before it will allow you to complete the booking.
If you then enter it again, it won't accept it at all (unless you clear the browser's cache/cookies whatever, but that doesn't really solve the entire problem).
Did anyone book this one successfully?
