My miles also did not post,so I gave I call to M&M, they told me I did not register

As good FT'er something like that would never happen to me.
So I told them that there must be some kind of system glitch. It took two more calls to some kind of supervisors,that they finally offered me 10,000 bonus points.

Even though I am still not happy ith that -should have received 20,000-
I let it rest with that.

So for all you that did not get the miles, call M&M and follow up. There really must have been some sort of data loss in their IT-system.

There are only 15.000 miles ( 3 roundtrips ) possible.

I'd be very interested in that one, too...

I'm tempted ... but I note that their form does not give an opportunity to enter the M&M number. How will this work - do they send you a voucher, which you then have to send on to LH?

I subscribed last week! They sent me a form together with the newspaper, whic I had to fill out with my LH M&M details and fax or email it to them. According to that form I will receive a voucher (Milengutscheine) which I will have to redeem for 3,000 miles.

Why not??? Just called them and booked the option for a "business smart" and a "business active" contract.
