Why Can't I Join Asia Miles?
Since Monday, I have been trying to join Asia Miles online and every time I try I get this message: We are unable to process your request at the moment due to technical difficulties. Please try again later. When I call their support phone number for the US I get a recording that all agents are busy and to call back later--no option to hold.
What gives?
