Question RE: Double Points on Hotel Folio
I just checked a recent hotel stay on the website and I saw the following line on the point breakdown. What is CRM? Thanks guys!
CRM EMAIL DBL PTS 1,120

One thing I was surprised about was getting double the 250 points for the rental car partner.

Yes, I was surprised to see double points with National as well. I didn't receive the double base points email though...and I didn't receive double points on a stay ending Nov 18th so I figured that I wasn't targetted.
