RCC Meetings - Post Your Availability Here [Archived Thread]
EDIT: Here is the link to a very valuable Yahoo Calendar created by the great g_leyser, where you should post your availability in addition to this thread:
http://calendar.yahoo.com/rcc_meetings
In the CO forum, they have one specific thread where people post when they're going to be in an RCC and are willing to bring in a guest. It is now a Sticky.
They use the following format:
AIRPORT / DATE / TIMEFRAME
Should we do this? If so, perhaps we can "Sticky" it?
I'll start:
EWR / May 16 / 7AM-8AM
LAX / May 16 / 12PM - 1:30PM
SFO Intl (or F Intl Louge!) / May 19 / 10AM - 11AM
MEX / May 23 / 12:30PM - 2:30PM
ORD / May 23 / 7PM - 8:30PM
PM me if you want to be my guest.

There was the calendar-type feature where you could list what airport you would be at, but most people didn't seem to know it.
I am joining the RCC this week (to take advantage of that bonus), so I will be at:
All times aproximate based on when the bus/plane arrives.
The RCC drinks might not be on me, but I have some 1K air currency so the drinks on the plane could be.
I am joining the RCC this week (to take advantage of that bonus), so I will be at:
- SEA (UA587 to SFO) on 5/7 at 4:00pm
- SFO (UA194 to IAD) on 5/7 at 7:00pm
- IAD (UA837 to SFO) on 5/8 at 6:00am
- SFO (UA304 to SEA) on 5/8 at 10:00am
- SEA (UA224 to IAD) on 5/12 at 10:00pm
- IAD (UA8845 to GSO) on 5/13 at 9:00am
- IAD (UA917 to SEA) on 5/15 at 4:00pm

Thanks goodness I won't be at ORD the evening of 5/23!!!
Seriously, great idea for a sticky thread.
Girlfriend and I are flying ORD-HKG at 12:30pm on 5/7 and could probably guest someone in.

And if we ever do cross paths in an RCC, BenjaminNYC, the first round is on me as a thank you.

BenjaminNYC has done for me, a favor, on this, the day of my daughter's wedding. (Whoops! Chanelling Family Guy's "There's something about Pauly" again. )
However, since we have broken bread together at the KEG (as well as killed a few bottles of fredmarten's finest), if and when we cross paths in an RCC, I'll buy you a drink.

Same concept has been going well on the SQ board. You may want to consider following their format of whether or not one can or is willing to "guest" someone into the club.
