Park Hyatt Hamburg
We are there now, and it is great! Our room is huge and apart from no view (the Ministry of Finance next door) we have nothing to complain about. Huge windows, large room, good service, and a good location. The staff very accommodating and the Club has good breakfast and a nice cocktail hour. I would highly recommend this hotel, but it is not an economy hotel - five star I would say. It is also very interesting architecture - a bit Zen but that is fine with us.

Thanks for the info. I've never been too happy with hotels in Hamburg. I've been to both the Vier Jahreszeiten and Atlantic, but found both wanting in some respect or other. I'll put it on the list for a try next time I'm up there.
