Suggestion: open TB President and VP balloting
Currently, it seems that the TB President and VP are elected on a secret ballot.
Why? Should this function not be open and transparent?
I expect this idea will garner support from the candidates that ran on such a platform.
In any event, I invite all TB members, if they would, to share with us their vote for TB President and VP.

It is my understanding that this question addresses the past and is not available for change for another year - when the next elections and subsequent votes for President and VP occur. TI'm sure the topic will be discussed and voted upon before then and the vote will be available for public review.
But inviting members of the TalkBoard to change the past or to expose them to a conflict of interest serves no best interests.
As noted, the purpose of this ballot was not to be a "secret" (as in hush, hush) but rather to make sure that members could feel it worthy to choose other members they will work with over the next year without any feeling of peer influence or ill will. It is even more important in such as small group as this and should not be confused with the open operating environment in which the Board has operated for some time.
Thank you.
