I know all of you have been waiting for more information on this wonderful event and I am happy to post that dinner is a done deal.

Saturday Sept 2, 2006
Dinner will be Christina Wanns.
Drinks from 5:00-5:30
Dinner begins at 5:30

For those of you who came to the very first GLBT DO it's at the same place. It's just a different name. My friends and I go there often and we always have a enjoyable experience so I thought that was the way to go. After dinner we can move on to next door to Cathode Ray for after dinner drinks. Before heading out later that night.

UPDATE
Ok, here a short update. Friday night's mixer will be moved to a different location. I have just secured it but I want to verify times and all of that good stuff before I post it. It will be a great event, as this location is very "artistic". The plan for Saturday during the day I will leave open. As there are so many different things to do here in sunny south FL that I want to give people time to explore those options. Dinner is all set. In the next week I will be posting the menu as well as the paypal address for prepayment. Sunday, I am thinking brunch and for those sticking around until Monday, we can venture out to Voodoo lounge for the Sunday afternoon Tea Dance, and then for those who dare move on to the Jackhammer (leather bar). I'm really trying to have something for everyone. For those wondering about accomdations mostly everything will be centered around downtown Fort Lauderdale and Wilton Manors area.

Those rates for the Sandra Lee are the hurricane season discounts.

We'll have to think about it...sounds interesting.

Wouldn't "Totally Out" be a more appropriate name for the list of those who WILL be attending?

I just went with it being the cheaper rates compared to the winter/spring according to their own website. It's at least off-season.

Yeah, and you act as though HNL is like far or something from FLL. I mean, I AM flying all the way from NY for this shindig. So, surely you can do the same.

Actually HNL is closer to PSP. (hint, hint)

Or wherever he will be.

So I might bring some local boys as I used to live in Florida. Is there a size limit? On the group, I mean.

GKG, I know you always have a group with you so I had planned for that. And no there is not limit. I expect the planning process to be one that is very dynamic and will need tweaking constantly.

I think there are things besides the planning process that need constant tweaking.
