Delta SkyMiles question

I am not a frequent flyer on Delta, but have about 200,000 miles that I transferred from AmEx a year or so ago. What is Delta's policy regarding expired miles, and what do I have to do to make sure they do not expire (other than use them!)..

I think as long as you continue to accrue miles they do not expire. And I think this is either from flying or posting new miles to the account. Maybe sign up for MCI long distance to keep getting miles.

As long as you have account activity every three years, the miles don't expire. This can be flight activity, non-flight earning (MCI, SkyMiles dining, car rental, hotel), or redemption of miles. Redeeming a single award ticket will extend the life of your miles by three years, so you don't need to use them all at once.
