OT - free top tier membership with Radisson SAS
If anyone wants top tier membership in goldpoints which is the Radisson SAS/Park Inns frequent stay program, can I suggest you visit
https://www.rzgp.com/servlet/Content..._code=FLYBGD05
before May 15th?
Perks aren't brilliant but it's better than a poke in the eye and usually requires 35 nights.
Points can apparently be transferred out into BA miles.

And yes the promotional code was on the form when I submitted it...
Edit: going into my profile it seems like it has now updated me as Gold
Cheers Swiss Tony
How does it work for someone who is already a member? (but lower tier level)

Thanks! Even though I'm not in the listed countries (it seems to be unavailable for Asia), I registered by picking the UK and giving my correct Thai address...we'll see if I ever get the card (assuming I stay in one of their hotels in the first place). Strange country policy, there's a Radisson right down the road here.

It shows the RED card when it presents you with the 'success' but it went to Gold when I went into the details of my profile.
And it will actually bring them business because of an offer:
Stay Wednesday and Thursday night, get Friday and Saturday night FREE!
as I have a stay upcoming in Copenhagen where there is no ICH )
thanks
Nicole

Oh, incase anyone should ever get asked, this promo came through from KLM/Flying Blue.
That stay some nights get other free does look like quite a deal - I was hoping to get something back from a Sat/Sun/Mon stay that I may need to make in Edinburgh, but it all seems to focus on the end of the week. Might give customer services a call...

As I have to stick here with IE I suspect some bad Javascript propblems, had not experienced how it works with Firefox,.
Well, onto the Customer Service Center then ...

All in all, I said to the agent that I'd now been a member for 30 minutes, and was truly unimpressed. She agreed that this was not a good start to my memebrship and his given me the email address of the program manager. I'm going to email him now....
