Fitness Centre

The Conrad Punte Del Este in Uruguay has the best Health Club ever. I am surprised at the poor fitness facilities at the Hilton CDG/LHR/AMS airport hotels, which otherwise are excellent.

The Conrad Punta del Este does have a good gym too (although it seems like more space than equipment sometimes). It has some eccentrities too, but the staff at the Conrad PDP is willing to help you with your workout, which is not always the case at the Hilton Buenos Aires (where the gym is often busier).

Hilton Pleasanton at The Club (Pleasanton, California) is connected with Club Sports which has a huge fitness center with lots of workout machines, weights, steam room, and swimming pool. Think they also has tennis/racket ball/basket ball facilities as well.

Hilton Toledo

I'll nominate the Hilton Toledo (Ohio, not Spain). It's essentially on the campus of the Medical University of Ohio, and has an underground tunnel (about a quarter mile long) connecting it to the MUO Fitness Center - Full gym, jogging track, cardio and weights.

Beware the summer hours though; it can close quite early for those of us who like to hit the gym after work.

I didn't realize how good I had it there 'till I visited other Hiltons, but that probably requires it's own thread.

Hilton San Francisco was my favorite until my current stay at Hilton Morumbi in Sao Paulo. Excellent facility on the top (28th) floor. Great views and natural light, bright colors, very clean (as soon as a guest leaves a machine a cleaning lady materializes out of nowhere to wipe it down.) Helpful, friendly staff, sauna access, and fitness classes offered 7 days a week. Definitely :-: :-: :-: :-: :-:

The Hilton Buenos Aires and Conrad Punta del Este's good gyms are free to all guests.

Just a suggestion, but maybe this can be changed to a sticky and all replies consolidated into the first reply sorted by city?

Here are a few off the top of my head.

Atlanta
Doubletree NW
Embassy Suites Centennial Park

Washington, DC
Capital Hilton
Hilton Towers

Miami
Conrad Miami
Doubletree Grand (older equipment but large space so its "so-so")

Los Angeles
Hilton LAX (had a ok gym but the last time i was there it was move to two conference rooms and a joke) Has this changed??
Beverly Hilton

Chicago
Palmer House
Conrad Chicago

Houston
Hilton Post Oak
Hilton Americas

Are you sure you are talking about the correct LAX?

The Hilton LAX has an awesome gym because they use the public "24 Hour Fitness" located on the lower level. It is a full fledged 24 Hour.

I never knew they had one in a conference room.

My additions:

Costa Mesa Hilton...one of my favorites.

Hilton Cabo

Hilton Woodland Hills (nice full size gym catty-corner from parking garage)
