Lightbulb Chateau Marmont

I don't understand why people complain about "snobby/unprofessional staff", "dirty/shabby rooms", and other ridiculous negatives when the rooms are gorgeous and I'm always more than well received when I stay at this property.

Somebody please explain?

(For the record, I'm usually in a poolside bungalow for 10-14 days each time.)
