Just received an email from JW himself, sending greetings -

Thank you for making Marriott hotels your home away from home this past year.
In 2007, we are marking two very special milestones: 50 years since we opened our first hotel and 80 years since my parents started the company with a nine-seat root beer stand in Washington, DC. It is because of you, one of our most important customers, that we are able to celebrate these important occasions. From our first bellmen, who escorted guests to their rooms by bicycle, to our 143,000 current associates, it has been an honor to serve you throughout the years.
I wish you the happiest of holidays and look forward to welcoming you as our special guest for many years to come.

Just curious how many people got them. Is everyone a "most important customer"??

I have 235 nights this year and didn't get a letter! So if you want to feel special, you're all more special to JW than I am!

He'll be there shortly. Just left my house! I have 170+ nights this year and didnt get the email. Just the personal visit, box of chocolates, 1MM extra MR points, and a hot blonde for next years travels!
