YTD Elite Qualifying Points: 0
YTD Elite Qualifying Miles: 0

Funny how quickly AA can make those numbers appear.
Happy New Year - Best wishes in your quest for miles and points!

Not quite all zeros.
The Miles Towards Elite Upgrades is still there.
I read somewhere that that doesn't get reset until midnight of Feb 28(/29).
Why is that for this particular category?
Doesn't really matter for me, as my MLK weekend flight to HNL squeaks in at just over 10k, which I would do anyways both to eke out a few more miles, and to keep my routing towards the warmer latitudes (of DFW, and avoiding the interminable delays associated with routing through ORD, though my FLY06 run a couple weekends ago ran quite smoothly).
Thanks,
Steve

I understand there is a distinction between a qualifying year (1/1-12/31/06) versus membership year (3/1/06-2/28/07). See following AA link for additional details:

As far as FF miles go, this is always a depressing time of year.

I flew a couple of segments on yesterday (12/31) and need the miles to make status, but like the OP said, all my YTD EQM/EQP have been reset to zeroes. Has anyone experienced this before? Will the miles (when they post eventually) still count towards my 2006 EQM/EQP for status determination?

Oh well, it just starts all over again. I'm starting Jan 6th this year, at least I get a couple nice winter days in SAN. But I'll be Exp again before the summer, it honestly is way too easy to qualify. There should be a tier level for 150 EQP/EQM that would really be for the people who live travelling.

But I have BOS-ATH on 1/2, then BOS-DUB-ARN on 1/14. But they are UA/*A trips. Should just put me at 1MM, which is lifetime 1P. The I can concentrate on getting to EXP. Should make it by July as it looks now. I'll be all zeros on AA until February.
Happy New Year all!
