Best way to remove someone's foot from your armrest
I've had a foot on my armrest from the person behind me several times. The first time I pushed it away a few times, but it came back.
The next time I was more aggressive, pushing it and then putting my computer on it and pushing down until it left. It didn't come back.
However, this weekend I witnessed the best technique. geoffco noticed a bare foot on his armrest. It seriously looked diseased, perhaps with athelete's foot or some other ailment. He was drinking water at the time. He instantly starts liberally pouring/sprinkling water on it until it went away. As soon as it is gone from the armrest, he quickly opens one of those alcohol hand wipe things and wipes down his armrest. The rubbing alcohol smell filled the air. Both of us were in the middle of simultaneously shaking our heads in disbelief, along with laughing silently to ourselves with what he had just done.

I'd suggest a very sharp knife, but you might have difficulty getting it through security...

I don't know how this is relevant to WorldPerks, but the best method is to "accidentally" pull the foot forward so as to make the foot's owner lunge forward into your seat.

Perhaps one should carry a bottle of nail polish and start creating a masterpiece on the offender's toes (assuming a bare foot). 
I would probably have turned around and asked the person first, then followed up with a variation of the above suggestions if the behavior continued.

I never thought about becomming a Da Vinci with someone elses foot. But I have been the receipient of many feet sticking on my arm rest as well. Normally, I just prefer the old fashioned method of the "glare" followed by the rebuke.

I think this is why they provide those spindly blue footcovers in the World Business Class amenity sachel (and before covering the foot, you can brush the toes with Colgate).
In coach on the A330 (at least in row 10) this is why the AVOD comes attached to such a heavy, thick, flexible stick.
In domestic First Class this is why the armrest opens up and out.
In domestic coach... wait--this would never happen in domestic coach, would it?
