People still getting RA Referral Certs?

People still getting RA Referral Certs?
I am curious., has anyone gotten referred as RA lately, and if so, did you get an additional referral certificate in your package? I know they were including them as recently as September.
Just curious as I have 1 to give, but 2 people I would like to have it, so if the first one will get a referral, I will ask that he give it to friend number 2.
