Worldwide Insurance

For those of you on extended trips and NOT still dependents, what are you using for health insurance?

My research showed these guys had a good reputation: http://www.worldnomads.com

They were the only recommended place I found that let me get insurance whilst already traveling.

Actually only the initial policy has a 6 month max but you can extend as many times as you want as long as you do not let it expire.

Have you checked insuremytrip.com? We've liked them for comparing different companies and policies.
