Cool article...had no idea that Scott was "afflicted," like the rest of us

Alright, who bought 12?

From the article "Lurking in the chat room was Scott O'Leary, a customer service guru at Continental who spends several hours each day prowling such Web sites..."

Wish I could do that during work hours.....oh wait, I am . Nice going Scott.

And welcome to Flyertalk Paris33.

This is very exciting, knowing that CO takes this much care and effort to seek out opinions and comments from their frequent fliers and those of us who have been following the industry and CO specifically for a long time. This is why CO has such high customer regard and will continue to enjoy as much support.

Regards.

Thumbs up

Way to go Scott - nothing like a lil positive pub and appreciation for a job well done! ^ ^

I also like XYZZY's quote and the vague reference to the first miniDo in CLE last October!

Upgrade Coupon

I am going to somewhat go against the grain on this one - my question is:
Will he ever be able to use that complimentary upgrade?

Great article. Since I have yet to meet Scott, I had no idea how cool he was! I just knew how helpful he was ^ Scott - you do a great job!

It was interesting that the other airlines spoke of the anonymous factor why they didn't respond. Then I thought CO doesn't have that issue because they've taken the time and money to get to know us and most of us on this board are not anonymous to CO because of that.

Thank you, Larry, Scott, and CO for doing this and listening to what we have to say!
