UAL 1K & Hertz for Complimentary Five Star
Season's Greetings and Happy New Year. Exclusively for our valued 1K members, United and Hertz are pleased to offer you complimentary membership in the Hertz #1 Club Gold® program and an upgrade to Five Star premium renter status. It's the fast and easy way to rent a car from Hertz.
Hertz #1 Club Gold membership features expedited service, so you can bypass the rental counter at over 40 of the world's busiest airports. And, at over 1,000 locations around the world, simply go the specially designated Gold counter, show your driver's license, and pick up your keys.
Five Star status includes all of the benefits of Hertz #1 Club Gold, plus additional features such as one-car-class upgrades (subject to availability), a free rental day certificate after 15 qualifying rentals, and exclusive offers with limited or no blackout dates.
To receive your upgrade to Five Star status:

Enter your Mileage Plus number to validate your 2007 elite status.
Existing Hertz #1 Club Gold members: Please have your Hertz #1 Club Gold number available.
New members of Hertz #1 Club Gold: Please have your driver's license number and credit card to complete your enrollment. Once you submit your completed enrollment form, Hertz will provide you with your #1 Club Gold number which will be upgraded to Five Star status.

As a 1K or Global Services member, you are eligible to receive a complimentary Hertz #1 Club Gold Five Star membership, through April 2009! Five Star includes all of the benefits of Hertz #1 Club Gold®, plus additional features such one car-class upgrades (subject to availability), bonuses such as a free rental day certificate after 15 qualifying rentals, and exclusive offers including coupons with limited or no blackout dates.
To become a Five Star member, simply fill out the information below and click the Register button.
If you are not a Hertz #1 Club Gold Member, complete the top 3 boxes and click the Register button. You will be directed to fill out a Gold enrollment form and your membership will be processed for upgrade to Five Star status.
