If you haven't visited this website, it's definitely worth visiting. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the underlined blue link that says Delta Seat Mapper it takes you to a page where you can view the real-time updated seating layouts for any flight. All you need is to provide the flight number, date, orgin and destination, and whether it's a domestic or int'l config and the site displays the seating availablity of both classes. It's great for determining upgrade probability and checking what seats open up before your flight without having to navigate through all those pages on delta.com. It's definitely been a real convenient tool for me.
Give it a try!

If you're looking just for seat maps, the Ben Edelman site is even better - it won't even ask you about whether the configuration is domestic or international, and it shows you the whole aircraft, as opposed to just one cabin.

I have had quite a few occurrences where the gate info screen shows one seat available in FC (not checked in or even sold) and availability tools show F0 A0 V0 etc. The seat maps have been right in these occasions, and sometimes I've even ended up in that one empty seat.

the main aspect of upgrade tracker (not seat counting) is an interesting concept: he's trying to deduce upgrade probabilities by class. But rolling up all Medallion classes into a single statistic can be a little meaningless. I hope this guy thinks about doing some further breakdown, e.g., upgrade by Medallion class AND by either (a) source city or (b) specific route. He seems to collect enough raw data to even do it by day of the week!
Is he an FT'er?

The data seems pretty much meaningless thus far.
In the drop down menu of aircraft, it lists most of the aircraft with only one class, and does not list two that have an F cabin.
