Howdy Folks,

Thanks to the great fares to HNL right now, a few of us are planning a quick mileage run on United to Hawaii with enough time to actually see some stuff from May 16-17. I have never been to Hawaii and while I know the Honolulu area is a bit of a tourist trap, it's better than nothing!

The "party flights" will be UA77 (SFO-HNL) on Friday, May 16, returning on UA78 (HNL-SFO) on Saturday, May 17, which is the redeye. Pat89339 has graciously offered to make some ground recommendations, so we'll have more details up in the coming days.

Sorry to sound so you-know-what, but it makes it a lot easier to sift through PM's that way. Also please indicate whether it's ok to post your flight info as of tomorrow afternoon in the OP of this thread and whether you plan on upgrading, and if so using a confirmed upgrade or with 500'ers so we can keep track of where we'll be sitting.
