I participated in the quadruple Skymiles promotion for a five night stay in DC in February, but for the six night stay that I have in Greenbelt, Maryland later this month, I am questioning whether it makes sense to participate in this new promotion or whether I should instead just stick with earning Points and More Points. I am an Hhonors Silver and presently have no elite Status with Delta, nor am I likely to fly enough this year with them to get to Silver, so the MQM bonus does not really matter that much to me. For my flight in February, I flew on US Air and Frontier to DCA because my company requires me to fly on connecting flights instead of nonstops if the price savings is more than $150, which it was in that case. This time, I will be nonstop on Delta to BWI.
