OP Mileage Posting Screwed up again?
Our OP accounts are screwed up once again. The following has happened to both of our OP Accounts.
Mrs SG and I flew on 4/23 - tickets were booked in Nov 2007.
Friday night (4/26) the Extra Mile Bonus run correctly picked up a 4/15 flight.
Sat night (4/27), 2 already posted and credited Rental Car Miles on my OP Account and 2 already posted and credited Booking Bonuses from each of our Accounts disappeared from the detailed activity disappeared from our records. The items no longer show on the 'One Pass Activity Since My Last Statement' screen and the Ending Balance on the screen was reduced by the already posted amounts that disappeared. The Mileage Balance on the 'My Account' screen
Mon (4/28) I called the OP Help Desk to find out about the 4/23 flights that had not posted and the CSR wasn't able to find the Locator Codes but was able to use the Ticket Numbers and said that she would credit the trips to out accounts. I asked if the Booking bonuses would also be added and she said that they would not since she couldn't do it but that it should happen automatically. While she would not speak about details she indicated that she was dealing with an unusually high number of mileage posting problems that day.
Tues (4/29) The 4/23 flights posted to our accounts sometime during the day, but not the Booking Bonuses.
We flew 4 segments yesterday which would normally post Thurs night - we'll wait and see.
Is anyone else encountering this problems again? Late or Non posting? Disappearing posted miles?

Hi SuperG1955, we are indeed having an issue with reflecting "Current Activity" on continental.com. The mileage credits are in our OnePass system, but for some reason, they're not carrying over to the Current Activity statements online. We are working to get this resolved. Sorry for the confusion.

I had some issues at the beginning of the month with incorrect mileage posting (miles did not reflect Y bucket bonuses for both miles and points) and then subsequent disappearing miles. It took a couple of lengthy phone calls to the OnePass service center, and some creative work from a call center supervisor, but I was able to get everything resolved.

missing stuff here too
I'm missing a bunch of miles. They are from a shopping partner, a local loyalty card, a bonus opportunity at a local hotel, miles from a hotel stay in another city, and not to mention the BUDGET disappointment.
I did have some miles show up only to disappear later. I have contacted partners and OnePass Service. I fear I will get none of them to post.

Reflected in balance

Should these "missing miles" be reflected in the OP mileage balance? I am close to the amount of miles I need for an upgrade for my family and I and I can't tell if my hotel miles are credited to my account or if they are still outstanding. The OP representative was unable to tell me when I called as well.
Thanks as always.

Scott, are the issues you speak of affecting all miles or just flight miles? I know it was beat to death elsewhere, but I'm still waiting on shopping miles from December. I sent in the paperwork too.

Hi ConciergeMike, this is only affecting non-flight miles, including cars, hotels, ShopOnePass, 21st Anniversary Poker Tournament registrations, etc. While your mileage balance would indeed reflect any of these non-flight transactions, they're just not appearing online in the "Most Recent Account Activity" section. Once the statement is cut, however, all credits are posting correctly. We're still working on a solution, but I don't yet have a timeframe. In the mean time, you're welcome to contact our OnePass Service Center at 713.952.1630, and they will be able to offer you details about any non-flight postings since your last statement.

Not Really Fixed
CO did a statement run as of 5/9 and the non-flight miles, which in my case were Car Rental and Booking Bonus which had disappeared from my account details for have reappeared.
The Booking Bonus Miles for the Statement Period also reappeared on my wife's account.
Postings which should have been made for Booking Bonus Miles on a flight whose information was not moved to the statement does not show on the 'One Pass Activity Since My Last Statement' screen but is properly credited in the total on the 'My Account' Screen in both of our accounts.
In summary:
1. The originally described problem has not been fixed.
2. The Account Total Mileage is correct (and has been all along).
3. Non flight mileage is still not showing on the 'One Pass Activity Since My Last Statement' screen.
4. When Activity for a flight is moved to a Statement, details again show correctly .

I don't mean to turn this into another shopping miles crankfest, but since Scott had said that non-flight mileage posting (and correct iterations thereof) is the topic...
