OpenSkies/Paris Do, June 19-22 Planning Thread!
Thanks to the generosity of Randy and OpenSkies, 20+ of us will be heading to Paris in style.
Since it's less than a week away, we better get crackin'! I figured I'd start a master thread where we can update who's going, where we're staying, and most importantly figure out what we'll be doing. I'm also hoping that some locals will join us and can offer some suggestions about dining/activities.
I don't know about others, but I'd like to avoid anything too fancy (read: expensive), since the conversion rate is really killing a lot of us.
Can't wait to see some old friends and hopefully make new ones, should be a blast!

I'm going! All my logistics are TBD. I'd second the vote for not too fancy though.

I'm in. Currently booked at Hilton Paris on reward Friday night, Orly Hilton Saturday.
Seems the only award rooms for the Hilton Paris left were the singles, which are described with such sexy terms as "large desk, in-room magazines, quiet". I am envisioning a broom closet with a large desk. But hey, it's free.

I will be staying @ Le Grand to take advantage of free minibar; but it seems like everyone else is "DOing Paris Hilton."
Look forward to meeting the other lucky winners!
Fancy or not, I'm OK as long as alcohol is involved and foie gras is a bonus. From the humblest bistro to fruit de mer to Pierre Gagnaire or Guy Savoy ... ça ne fait rien.
