Cabin crew man 'bullied for being gay'

http://budurl.com/3qtx

A gay British Airways cabin crew manager endured years of bullying including taunts about his sexuality, an employment tribunal heard yesterday.
During his 19-year career with BA, David Andersson-Wood also claimed he was overlooked for promotion and received minimal bonuses despite performing well in his 47,000-a-year job.

Sad story, but unfortunately not that uncommon. I hope that the younger generation stops judging people based on how they live their private life and who they choose to associate with.

Actually, she now works as the head of cabin services for First Choice.

British Airways did not call her as a witness. The tribunal ended today in Reading with a decision due within the next 4 weeks.

I'm just surprised - I thought it was part of the job requirement for male cabin crew to be gay
