Buy a horse with Honors points..

I did a search for "quarter horse" on the HHonors board and am shocked I didn't see details about what I believe is a great value for your HHonors points.

For only 500 credit card applications (with the appropriate nightly stays) you can have your very own American Quarter Horse...

American Quarter Horse- 79587

Starting At 2,500,000 Hilton HHonors Points

Shipping and Handling included --> How nice of them!

Anyone have a better (or more creative) use of points?

They have added a lot of things recently. I have not been looking at horses though.

I better not let my daughter find out about this.

Anyone want to guess the value of the horse? I'm curious about the cents/ points ratio.

I'm no comedian, so I'll probably mess up this opportunity, but here we go anyway...

"Anyone that's had the new Hampton breakfast has already had their horse award from Hilton"

"Thank you, I'm here all week..."

You're assuming there is actual meat in the sausage.

Not a good deal to use points for this one. Right now with the price of feed up due to the price of fuel you can get one for free - $2500. Sad times in the horse business. A lot of nice kids horses out there getting turned into horsemeat. We're not home enough to have horses but if we were I'd sure have a couple. My parents got me a pony at 6 and it was my passion for the next 25 years. It was a great motivator for me to get good grades and kept me too busy to get in (much) trouble.

Wirelessly posted (My IV to the Net: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0) BlackBerry8703e/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/105)

In mid-Michigan you can find some great deals on horses... $2500 for a AQH colt/foal/pony, and I was not even really looking for a deal.

Unless (Even if) the lines come from a Triple Crown winner, I think the points are a wee bit much.

But definately a unique way to use your points.
