Seat Maps for New C in .bomb changed

Seat Maps on .boomb for SIN-ORD now do not show forward/rear facing seats and have the 3 center seats of C in the lower deck lumped with the right part and 1 seat lumped with the left, so it looks like 3 and 5, instead of 2-4-2. Event the economy maps are screwed up. Instead of 3-4-3, its 3-7 Anyone else seeing that.

weird -- Y maps are weird also. Business seat maps don't have the usual rear facing link. Also check HKG-ORD same thing. But SFO-FRA which is also new config 747 maps look fine.

Heard of issues with seat maps went not use IE but I used IE and a good high speed connection... weird

Weirdness. B744 in Y, showing 3-7 configuration for SFO-FRA & FRA-SFO, with E+ shaded from rows 19-22 only for outbound and E+ shaded from rows 19-25 for inbound.

You guys didn't hear about the transition UA is making to become the USA's first boutique airline?

Each plane will be given a name, and a unique seating configuration reflecting the personality of it's new identity - no more cookie cutter planes for us

Even weirder - 895 ORD-HKG 2-4-2 config, 896 HKG-ORD 3-5 config (both in January).

I guess they'll rearrange the seats for the return flight.

Our SFO-HKG still shows the traditional new seat map, but it looks like they've opened up the right side on our return HKG-SFO, and the front-facing and rear-facing indicators are gone.

I know you're talking about premium cabins, but this always happens to me when I have a UA metal plane but the my ticket is on a codeshare and I look it up on .bomb. In other words my ticket was bought from PL and is a BMI codeshare on UA and I look at my seats and the cabin is all screwed up. Any chance this is the issue for others too?

same thing here

I just checked my flight SFO-FRA seats. It used to show the backward facing seats also, but then it now changed to regular forward-only seats. Also, it was showing full, but the entire right sided of the plane opened up at the same time this seat icon thing changed. At first, I thought they went back to old config plane, but I checked the seats on seatguru.com, and it is still the new configuration without the new icons.

However, on my return, the backward facing icons still are there, and the right sided of the flight is still blocked.

FWIW, My SFO-HKG in March still shows the "correct" new config seat map with the right side blocked (except for row 13), but the HKG-SIN sector shows everything wide open, and in the correct format.

Have the complete cabin to choose from for three of us, wonder which seats I should take. I'm thinking row 16 since they all align (useful, with a 2.5 year old)

Same here. My 11/20 SFO-HKG still shows the blocked right side but my 11/30 HKG-SFO is all opened with all seats facing forward. My March flights SFO-HKG-SIN are all showing the full seat maps with no blocking.

REally O T

On their website, CX shows animated videoclip of their newly config 74A with 3-3-3 in Y with the new "shell seats." But both guru and expert show 4 in midsection. It's a virus affecting seatmaps!

My Feb. April, June, July 2009 SFO/ORD-HKG-SIN flight seatmaps are all showing new configuration with no blocking. Wide open.
