I realize that Thai does not fly to/from USA or Canada.
But some web sites (not that of TG) display the toll-free number of 1-800-426-5204.
I called the number - endless rings - nobody answers, no recorded message.
If TG does not have an active presence in North America, they should still have a functional toll-free number for those customers who want to book flights with their airline, on the routes it flies?

Thank you, for the responses and the link to the previous thread.
But one of my questions is still not answered. Why was the toll-free phone number simply not deactivated? It makes no sense to me that the number is still "active" in that one can get rings when one dials that number; and that there is no message stating the status of Thai in North America and that one should go on the web site or dial the Bengkok direct reservations number if one needs assistance.
The phone just rings and rings.

To answer your question though, this is TG so it was probably not thought about or put in the too hard basket.

Just hope you never have to standby at an outstation for a TG flight . . . I did that at KBV once and it was like the fall of Saigon

UA is BSing you.
Call them back and ask for the 1A PNR. Now that TG has moved to Amadeus, their PNR shows up in partner systems as 1A.

Or just email/call Thai Airways and they will give it to you from your surname.
