still love the 3 day EUA as a gold but checking first thing in the AM seems to be pointless as the later flights aren't getting up'd until 72 hours before actual flight time.

im absolutely OK with it, but i think CO should tell us about the changes.

basically its like this... old rules... upgrade at midnight of calender day of upgrade window or anywhere after that.

or....... whenever the he!! we want.

its a bit shaddy, to me, if i do say so myself. b/c now CO can mess with "F" inventory at any time. F is open at 10pm monday, then boom, F is gone on tuesdat morning, but no additional seats have been assinged in an open FC cabin.

regardless, thanks for the xmas eve EUA CO!
Hi dlen111, We did just about double the number of runs for our Elite Upgrade Automation (EUA) compared to what we used to do. All of this is still, of course, subject to F class actually being available. Here's a summary of when our EUA process runs for each flight:
  • 5 calendar days before scheduled departure date (Platinums only)
  • 120 hours before scheduled departure (Platinums only)
  • 4 calendar days before scheduled departure date (Platinums only)
  • 96 hours before scheduled departure (Platinums only)
  • 3 calendar days before scheduled departure date (Platinums & Golds only)
  • 72 hours before scheduled departure date (Platinums & Golds only)
  • 2 calendar days before departure (Platinums and Golds only)
  • 48 hours before scheduled departure date (Platinums & Golds only)
  • 1 calendar day before departure (Platinums, Golds and Silvers)
  • 24 hours before scheduled departure date (Platinums, Golds & Silvers)
  • 3 hours before scheduled departure (Platinums, Golds & Silvers)
Our "calendar day" runs are done at or before 12am Central on the calendar date. Quite often the EUA will begin running 1-2 hours before the actual calendar day interval.

I hope this clarifies.
