I've had difficulty finding the travelocity.ca mailing address for the Canadian issued tickets.
Any chance of posting this address, please.

Cancellation & getting a full refund?
I had booked a couple of these tickets (via Orbitz) for travel during Nov/2006. Due to work schedules, I could not make it. I called Orbitz a couple months ago to cancel my tickets --- but Orbitz said that the tickets are not refundable (which is not my understanding). I called them today -- they said, the fare-rules are not available anymore & hence they don't even know if the tickets are refundable or not. I have not made any changes to the original ticket.
I did read some of the previous postings about refunds, but didn't find a clear way to initiate the refund process. How should I go about initiating a refund? Should I talk to Nicolo directly?
Thanks.

Check out the November 2006 section in [colore=red]RED[/color] which gives instructions to send to the dot.com travel agents a copy of the letter (included there) from Nicolo Cimiluca. If that wasn't sent in the same envelope as the tickets you sent in for refund, then it's still not too late to supply Orbitz with that notice from him.

Do I just send out the tickets & a copy of the the letter from Nicolo (via a trackable shipping method), even without have a case# on file with Orbitz?

Reimbursement for delayed baggage
Has anyone had success with submitting a claim to AZ for delayed/lost baggage? As I mentioned a while ago, on my MXP-YYZ return, my bag was lost and did not reach me for about 10 days. I purchased some things I needed after the 4th or 5th day. Once I got my bag back I sent a letter with the baggage receipts, claim form, and receipts for what I purchased.
Three weeks ago I called and the lady I spoke to knew about my claim but said they wouldn't get to it for another week or two. I called again today and was told they could not help me and gave me the generic customer service number (which goes to an answering machine). It's going on six weeks now and I have not heard a thing... Any ideas?

Honestly at a bit of a loss on lost luggage with AZ. Colleague filed a claim 3 months ago (luggage was never found) and has been nothing but stonewalled. Would love some suggestions here, actually.

Advice Re. The Improbable
Hi All,
Would like to know if I have any chance with this. Is there anyone with experience trying to fly out one day early from YYZ than ticketed date. Ticketed for Sunday but was hoping to fly Saturday... any success/failure with that?
Please PM if you'd rather not post.
Thanks in advance.
EDIT: No go on the change; no surprise there.
Did find some interesting tidbit for those who are stuck for awhile in YYZ. "Free" internet is available at the expedia.ca Cafe; just have to order food. OR, if you have your own ethernet cable, I heard that internet can be had at some of the various network drops around the airport. Look for one along the wall in Arrival corridor of T3 (halfway in the middle), or T1 arrival at the far end.
Also, it seems like a very nice place to sleep in T3 Arrival corridor, many cushioned benches... think sleepinginairport.net reported that as well. Haven't tried it yet, but about to in a few hours.
Anyone on AZ653 on Sunday 2/18?
