The sundae with all toppings is probably 1,000
The cheeseburger is about 800
The BF meal itself is around 1,500 depending on the choice
I could only imagine the fat, carbs and sodium load that goes with those numbers.
I'd say eat the BF meal, skip the cheeseburger, then go for a Plate Lunch after arrival if you're really that hungry.

Flying - as passenger
This activity burns approximately
66 calories per hour for an average, 145-pound person.
66 calories per hour x 10 hours, 35 minutes = 698.5

Typing - electric, manual or computer - 102 calories per hour
Do you get a double bonus for typing while being a flying a passenger?
Just completed HNL-EWR BF - it has the feel of "BF-lite" compared to international service. This said probably still the best way to get from the east coast to HNL.
BTW on this flight there were no snacks offered and pre-arrival was fruit and croissant. There was also only one red wine choice, which was inferior to some offered on international BF.
By my count - I just burned 17 calories from the typing alone making me 1/42nd of the way to a free Big Mac.

On 15 EWR-HNL,cookies are served in FC when YC is getting the mid-flight turley delight. If I'm working up front,I usually will bring up left over potato chips and pretzels or peanuts and make a snack basket since the overkill for the first service and hot sandwich towards the end leaves too much time between for the cookies to satisfy.Of course this is against company rules but not against common sense.Maybe you FF'ers can ask for the small bottled waters to be provisioned since many FA's have complained to our catering dept,to no avail. On daytime flight over 8 hrs , small bottled water up front is a must. Please call.
