Prices out on FC redirecting you to Orbitz, same day turns possible, may not be a mileage run at 6cpEQM, but a segment runner could have some fun with this.

There is also a $36.20++ ($59.80 all-in) RT fare on ROC-EWR but it has the usual 2-3 days or else Saturday night stay requirement.
Even at segment runner levels, these are not particularly outstanding (eg CO had ROC-WAS on Saturday for $99++, requiring an EWR connection, so about the same rate per segment; and that is just this week). Although I suppose if you live in EWR this might be more unusual.
Finally: a warning to non-locals. Given the on-time record of the afternoon xxx-EWR-ROC-CLE operations (around 25% on-time, often several hours delayed) I would be very wary about segment runs on COEx out of EWR into upstate NY. So even if it was a good deal, I still wouldn't choose this kind of segment run as a way to get status unless there were really no alternative.
