I am pleasantly surprised that he (or someone acting on his behalf) replied the same day.

Dear Rxxx,

Thank you for your email of January 23, 2008, giving me feedback of your experience when you travelled from Chennai to Delhi on January 22 and from Hyderabad to Pune on January 23, 2007.

Being a regular and discerning business class traveler yourself, I am delighted to know that you have enjoyed your experience of Kingfisher First; thank you also for your feedback on how we can enhance the First experience for our guests. I have shared your suggestion on the need for disposable toilet covers with my team.

I know that there is a need for continuous enhancement in the quality of product and service offered at every level and I thank you once again for sharing your views with me. I value your patronage and look forward to welcoming you again on Kingfisher Airlines again.

Yours sincerely,

Dr. Vijay Mallya, MP

Chairman & CEO

Kingfisher Airlines Ltd.

A UB Group Company

Dear Mr Chairman- I flew kingfisher j class yesterday (jan 22 maa-del) and today (jan 23 hyd-pnq).

As a regular j class flier I am impressed by your product but feel the need for toilet seat covers (disposalable) in your aircrafts. I've had to clean atleast one before using it today.

Thanks!.

If there is toilet paper in the bathroom (I would hope so!), then just use it by folding 2 corners over, and it works every time! ^

(it's even more comfortable than the thin, flimsy toilet seat covers, in most cases!)
