Heavy Rain Collapses Australian Airport Roof

The roof of Newcastle Airport (NTL) in New South Wales, Australia collapsed Sunday after the gutters of the airport terminal flooded from heavy rainfall, forcing the airport to close for the afternoon. Several flights set to depart from New South Wales were canceled after the roof collapsed, and airport guests were forced to evacuate as the interior of the airport filled up with water leaking in through the ceiling. Newcastle Airport’s website reported that power and utilities had been restored to the check-in and departure halls by 7:55 p.m. local time, adding that it would be open for business as usual by Monday with modified security checks.

"Several flights set to depart from New South Wales were canceled after the roof collapsed" You mean from Newcastle...while not technically incorrect, I don't think you were going for the whole state of NSW, which would include SYD among others.
