Settling in: Maple-glazed smoke salmon with farro salad and green apple mignonette. Caesar sald with pamesan cheese and caesar dressing. Celeriac and smoked blue cheese soup with croutons and chives
Main course: Goat Cheese and Chive Ravioli withh farro risotto, walnuts, roasted grapes and marsala cream sauce
Desserts: Vanilla ice cream sundae, warmed apple butter cake and a slection of fine cheeses offered with fresh fruit and fig compote
Almost there: skipped it for a banana
