Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?

Booked a King Lagoon View Room with Club Access. No upgrade though I got two texts offering to sell me an upgrade on the week leading up to the stay.

How are the rooms?

Mediocre. Pretty small with a tiny bathroom and little in the way of luxury feeling.

How is the exec. lounge?

Pretty good. It's very large and had great staff working there. Liquor selection was mediocre but they had a good breakfast spread.

What was good and what was bad?

Great service from everyone I dealt with. I also was able to get a 2 PM check out. The pool areas and beach are good as was the dining. I was just disappointed in my room and lack of upgrade.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?

I might return but there are so many Cancun hotels that I might try something else instead.
