Compact for an IC, but exactly what I expected for the location.

Didn't use

What was good and what was bad?
Good
Staff - all friendly and professional and helped out with car back to JFK when traffic was crazy and no yellow cabs available
Upgrade volunteered on check-in without any prompting
Bad
Had to ask for all Ambassador benefits other than upgrade and, despite having asked for 4pm check-out, got locked out of rooms at 12pm on day of departure

Value for $ or Priority Club Points?
Would have got much better value for points if I hadn't had to book so late as a result of my previous booking at the Kimpton Muse being cancelled in September!

Would you return?
If I had to, although I'd prefer a Kimpton next time. For a Rewards Night stay, I'd rather use a Crowne Plaza, if only anyof the New York CPs had a Club Lounge!
