Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked a two night stay using Chase free nights. One booking was in my name and the other in my wife's. She has Ambassador status, I do not. We booked a classic room and Ambassador perks were applied to both nights. We were upgraded to a Premium Room. Also received a $25 NZD food & beverage credit.

How are the rooms?
Room was nice and we were quite happy with it.. It was a corner room, facing the harbor, but not on a high enough floor to look over the building in front.

How is the exec. lounge?
Not applicable.

What was good and what was bad?
The good:
- Location of the hotel was great. We walked everywhere.

The bad:
- Nothing stands out

The ugly:
- Nada

Value for $ or IHG One Points? Would you return?
Excellent value for using Chase Fee nights. I would definitely return.
