Yes

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked an Essential Room and was granted the Presidential Suite upon a few days before arrival.

How are the rooms?
While I loved the wooden floors, large space of this room and apartment style setup, the hotel only occupies the bottom half of building, 7 of 14 floors. Saying that, there is A LOT of street noise, even on floor 7. Noise originates from the BRT station buses at the corner of the sreet hotel is on that runs 24 hours (pretty cool as it services folks going to the medical area of town). There are also LOTS of Motorcycles that pass by blaring both engine noise and music. Combine that with the CNG bus engines when the bus downshifts at the BRT lane below, this won't delight a light sleeper. I personally didnt have an issue with the noise, just making a friendly note.

There's also a guitar for use in the room. Pretty cool perk. Be aware of the damage fee for this. Close to $600.

The hotel went above and beyond in service for every portion of my stay.

• IC Welcome Amneity was ready and I was most surpised at the lengths the property went to get EVERYTHING on my Inner Circle choices. That has never happened to me before.

Everything was so good, I didn't even have to mention the social password. There was nothing they could offer that they didnt already.

Hotel centrally located near Rocket Morgage Fieldhouse and many eateries/offices.

How was your complimentary welcome amenity?
Explained above. Chise breakfast as it covers one main and a drink. Gratuity included, nothing extra added. Servive was quick but breakfast menu is borderline limited. Breakfast hours are also 8am EST to 11am EST. Might be late for some early risers.

Were you offered a Chef's Taste at Dinner, If so, what did you receive?
Was offered but I was out every day during dinner. Rough schedule for me.
