Call centre issues
Ive been trying to reach the Aer Lingus call centre from the UK for days now with no luck. Each time I ring, I am faced with a broken line which means you cant understand the options, let alone the agent. This is a problem on all phones I use.

That's the UK number according to the website. I just rang it from Ireland and it gets straight to the IVR offering the menu options, so nothing wrong there.
