lounge access at ORD on UA issued tickets

I'm booked on EI 122 ORD-DUB-VCE in J, tickets issued by UA. After coming to ORD from MCI I have a 4 hour connection.

Which lounge will I have access to flying EI in J on award tickets issued by UA? Is it the AA Flagship Lounge or UA Polaris Lounge?

EI business class pax get AA Flagship access at ORD. You would not get Polaris unless you were flying in Polaris. You will land in and depart out of T3.
